A month off doesn’t mean we went quiet. We came back with a plan, a special guest, and a location that has been living rent-free in Michigan paranormal circles for years: Stimson Hospital in Eaton Rapids. Ryder joins me on the mic before we hit the road, and we get honest about what scares us, what we think is fake online, and what might feel very different when you’re standing inside a real building with real history.

We also run through the strange media that’s been fueling our brains lately, from Disclosure Day and its alien conspiracy themes to the true crime chaos of The Crash (Mackenzie Shirilla) and Maternal Instinct (Taylor Parker). The point isn’t just shock, it’s pattern recognition: how stories get framed, how red flags get missed, and why people cling to explanations when the truth feels unbearable.

Then the conversation cracks open into the bigger questions: why consciousness exists at all, why the universe feels so full of possibilities yet so silent (the Fermi Paradox), and whether modern life is warping our sense of reality through timelines, deja vu, and Mandela effects. Ryder shares the moments that turned “ghosts aren’t real” into “I know what I felt,” and we lay out what we want to test at Stimson, including the Estes Method and other investigation tools.

If you’re into paranormal investigations, haunted Michigan stories, and the weird overlap of science, spirituality, and internet culture, hit play, subscribe, and share this with a friend who loves a good rabbit hole. After you listen, leave a review and tell us what you want us to try inside the hospital.

Welcome Back And Hospital Plans

SPEAKER_06

What's up everybody, and welcome back to Strange Strange Beyond Insane, the podcast where the weird, the unexplained, and the downright impossible all have a seat at the same table. I'm your host Melissa, and first things first, I know, I know, it's been about a month, maybe more than a month, since my last episode. Life has been absolutely wild. Between summer, family, motherhood, chasing adventures, and trying to balance everything in between. Time got away from me, but today we're back. And we're not coming back quietly. Tonight is a little different because I've got a special guest joining me, my godson Ryder. Say what up, Ryder. Hey guys. We're hanging out, talking about whatever weird rabbit holes our brains decide to jump into, sharing stories, discussing strange topics, and later tonight we're heading out to explore the infamous Stimson Hospital in Eaton Rapids.

SPEAKER_04

What's up, everybody? It's Ryder here. So I'm hopping on the show now. If you're familiar with abandoned hospitals, you already know they tend to collect more than dust. Stories, legends, rumors, unexplained experiences. Places like this seem to hold on to energy for so long after everyone else is gone home. So we'll be talking about that today. What we know, what we've heard, and maybe what we experience ourselves.

SPEAKER_06

Alright, you guys, so my gods I'm taking over this episode is working out pretty well. But of course, this episode is not about just one thing. We're covering a little bit of everything tonight. Paranormal stories, strange news, weird thoughts that keep you up at night, mysteries that still don't have answers, and probably a few random tangents. Because let's be honest, that's usually where the best conversations happen. So whether you're driving, working, cleaning the house, sitting outside watching the stars, or listening in the dark when you probably shouldn't be, thank you for being here. Grab your favorite drink or your favorite weed. Rider, don't listen to me. Get comfortable and let's get strange, let's get deranged, and let's go beyond insane. Before we hit the road later tonight and head towards Simpson Hospital, let's catch up a little. A lot has happened since the last episode. Summer is in full swing. Jack is keeping me very busy. The podcast is still growing, and as always, the universe keeps handing me strange stories that I just cannot ignore. And as always, before I start on some random topics, I do have to talk about shit I've watched and um how realistic certain things are, and a couple of documentaries that were very disturbing.

A Spielberg Alien Conspiracy Movie

SPEAKER_06

So let's start off with disclosure day. I have waited for this movie to come out for probably about a year. I was very surprised that my husband wanted to see this, but I shouldn't have been surprised because he does like sci-fi movies. And let me tell you, the cues, the how do I say this? What they put in your face in the movie with what is going on in real life, you cannot ignore it. If you know, you know. Now I don't want to ruin the movie for everyone. Um, it only got a 6.7 out of 10 on um IMDB. Rotten Tomatoes gave it 80%. I would say this was probably the best sci-fi movie. The experience of it was the best since for me, Independence Day. Now I know they're two different directors. Okay, so Disclosure Day is a 2026 science fiction thriller directed by Steven Spielberg, the man, the legend, um, starring Emily Blunt, Josh O'Connor, and Colin Firth about a conspiracy to hide evidence of extraterrestrial life from the public. So it basically follows a TV meteorologist and a cybersecurity whistleblower as they uncover secrets exploring themes of truth, faith, and the impact of alien contact on a world already on the brink of conflict. Now, if that's not so true, what's going on, Ryder? Have you seen any of the news or like TikTok about like what they declassified with aliens? No. Okay, so it's normal now. They have gotten on s you know, at least two to three times in the last two years, and have basically straight up admitted that there are other forms of life. The grays, the greens, um, the lizard people, which are also called reptilians, and the other one is like a I forget it. They have like blue eyes, really white skin, kind of like people from like Norwegian people, but they're called something. Anyways, we'll get back to that. Besides that, there are so many hints in this movie, like alright, I'm not gonna ruin it, but the cow, like the huge ass cow statue, and then the cemetery across the street. Let that sink in, you guys think about that. The big cow statue and the cemetery across the street. Because it's been a rumor for years now that we are consuming in our fast food human meat. Ryder, did you just get grossed out? I don't think I don't know. There's different angles on that. Now there's a lot of there's a lot that goes into these conspiracies, but um also a lot of good things pointed out was conscious, like um, consciousness, consciousness being swapped, um, hybrids of human alien life and um cloning in the movie. There are so many more that I can go on and on. I am gonna go watch it in the drive-in uh next time, probably in the next week, and I'm going to take notes. Uh, I didn't want to do that. I didn't want to be like a dorky study person when we were inside the movie theater because we did pay extra to get like the laser. What is it called at MJR? Uh the 3D laser. Like the 3D laser. It was like this, it was really cool. Like the You could see it from like the outside. Yeah, and the base was coming through like the seats and stuff. So it was a phenomenal movie. Really, really, really good. I do highly recommend that. Alright,

True Crime Rabbit Holes On Netflix

SPEAKER_06

moving on. So a documentary, The Crash, that has literally burnt up the internet. I mean, millions and millions of people are talking about Mackenzie Sherilla, the case where she killed her boyfriend and the boyfriend's friend in a car crash. Did you see that on Netflix?

SPEAKER_04

Maddie show me our cousin.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, so it's very fucked up. There's again, there's a lot of angles, there's a lot of different conspiracies coming out. Um, the Russo family, her boyfriend that died. Um, there's a huge whole other world of rabbit holes about him and who his family is connected to. It's pretty fucking obvious that he was a drug dealer, okay? That's why he had all this money as a young kid, uh, had his own house, this and that. Doesn't mean he what happened to him was okay. Nothing like that. But there's besides the crash happening and whether she's guilty or not of murder, there's also other angles in this case about the drug perfect um the drug money and the drug prophylia and whether she was on shrooms or not, because they found shrooms in the car, they found like drug I'm sorry, paraphernalia. I'm sitting here trying to think and look at writer, but anyways, there's there's a lot of different angles. Um, if you have not watched a documentary, I highly recommend it. No, we're not gonna edit this part. Rider's learning. Um I like to keep it raw. I tell you guys all the time. I would like to, I like you to feel like you're in the room with us and talking. So there's certain things I just won't edit out. And a lot of times I mispronounce words. It's really hard to pronounce names on here in like, you know, different languages. So we do the best we can and we fucking roll with it. And that's just how the podcast has always gone. Okay, now this documentary was extremely hard for me to swallow. It for a minute there it got kind of slow, and I'm like, come on, get to the point. I was praying that this woman did not kill her friend, but she did. Um, I could not believe the graphic material. Disgusting. And if you guys are familiar with the Sharon Tate story back in the 70s, or is it was it the 60s? Charles Manson, what his group did to Sharon Tate, um, a young actress that was pregnant. It it kind of made me think of that. So um, this documentary is called Maternal Instinct, and it's a terrifying pregnancy secret and just all-around real-life horror story. Um, the documentary Maternal Instinct, now streaming, unravels one woman's web of deception and the tragedy it brought upon those who trusted her most. This film is directed by Jessica Dimmick and produced by Joshua Levine, Samantha Di Maria, and John Burden. The film follows the story of Taylor Parker, a young woman claiming to come from a wealthy family who fell for Wade Griffin, a local hog trapper in small East Texas town. The relationship appeared perfect, and within months she was pregnant, proudly showing off her baby bump all of her social media. As her due date approached, however, questions around her pregnancy mounted, and her family, her devoted partner, and her wider community began to voice their doubts. But when the shocking truth finally surfaced, it brought consequences to horrifying everyone around her, and just the unimagined happen. So you can watch this show again on Netflix. Huge Netflix fan, of course, around here. I do like Hulu too, but Netflix is probably my my go-to. Um, but anyways, I don't want to give away. I'm sure a lot of you guys have watched this, but Taylor Parker is the most disgusting fucking monster, lying, narcissistic freak show that I've come across in a long time. Very disgusting. She the way she lied to that man, and that man was such a sucker for love. I mean, everybody around her could tell that, okay, either A, it's a fake baby bump. I can't tell you a a really, really good fact about this documentary, why it should have hit him like a ton of bricks, and that there were red flags. There's one clue in here that's disturbing, and I cannot believe it went unnoticed with her partner. But, anyways, I will tell you this. Um, her exes, so she was married, I think, three times before, and they had contacted this Wade guy and was like, hey man, like, you know, run for the hills. And the fact that she had two or three other kids and had no custody of them should have been like a total red flag for a woman. But, anyways, you guys watch it, get back to me, tell me what you think. And for all my listeners in other countries, how does Netflix work? Like, do you guys have to put on the um different language thing, or does it just in another country does it just show up as Netflix in their language? And I think they they probably have like different shows as well or different movies. Okay, well, anyone outside of the country of the US, please let me know how that works. I'm very interested, and because I I do talk a lot on here about like Netflix documentaries, movies. I'm just curious to know like how Netflix works in other countries. But, anyways, you guys have to watch those two documentaries and go see disclosure date if you have not yet. Another one I really want to see that's been out in the movies for a couple weeks is Obsession. I know Ryder here wants to see Obsession. Um, there's some other ones coming out, like I think is it Ulysses or the Odyssey? They remade that. That's coming out. There's this one about dinosaurs, something on the end of the street. Um, that one I want to see. And what else do I want to see? Oh, the death of Robin Hood, I think is coming out either this year or next year. The one with the dinosaurs is um the end of Oak Street. I have to see that. And this is an original sci-fi survival film premiering nationwide and an IMAX on August 14th of this year, 2026. So there's more that I want to see, but um, I always try to kind of like pop in randomly and talk about stuff that I've already seen and stuff that I want to see.

Calling Out Fake Haunted Content

SPEAKER_04

Hey guys, it's Ryder, and I'm back. So the thing I want to talk about is so my favorite YouTuber is named FaZe Rug. Hey he's like he does like a bunch of stuff, like entertaining stuff, and he does like scary stuff as well. But when he posts scary videos, this was the one I watched the most by far. So, like something I think that's BS that he does is like this is like if you watch him, you for sure know about the haunted tunnel he goes to. It's like located in San Diego, it's kind of like a it's like a sewer kind of, and there's like just a big hole and you walk in and then it gets smaller and smaller as you walk. But so every time he goes to the tunnel, it's like I don't see any like you hear noises, obviously, but you can hear noises in your like basement. Like that's like it's obviously a little scary, but I've I've never seen any like paranormal like activity in the tunnel. All like you every time he goes, he posts it on social media, and I think there's people going there and just messing with him because every time he goes, you see, like see some like guy in all dressed black running down like the tunnel. Obviously, it's not a ghost, and like the theory is that like a little girl got hit by a truck, a drunk driver, and she haunts the tunnel, and like something she does, like she goes in the tunnel calling for her mom, stuff like that. But I just don't think the tunnel's like like if I would live this San Diego, I would go to the tunnel and see if it's like real myself, but I don't I think it's total BS the tunnel.

SPEAKER_07

Okay, hold on before you pause it. What is his name?

SPEAKER_06

Say it in there so that they can hear, and he's a YouTuber.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, his name's FaZe Rug. It's Brandon Awatis. He's has like 25 million subscribers on YouTube.

SPEAKER_06

Okay, so now QA for you. So, you know, question and answer. So, question. So, do you think your experience tonight at Stiffson Hospital with Christina and I are is gonna be different than TV?

SPEAKER_04

What do you mean TV? Like what you watch on your YouTube. Yeah, for sure.

SPEAKER_06

Okay, so you know the difference.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it's gonna be like it's like you can't, it's gonna be like nothing I ever experienced before. Do you feel like they fake it a lot on TV? Of course. They like they reviews for clicks. Of course, like what I just said, like they want anything to get a click. If you see, like, if you go on YouTube and you're like a 10-year-old kid, you see, oh, this ghost like went across my house and like he was scaring me. Obviously, you're gonna click on it, but another experience I had is when my aunt that was like my first ever ghost thing

Ryder’s Cemetery Experience And Fear

SPEAKER_04

I ever did. She brought me to a cemetery. And we went to a few. We went to we went to like three or four. But you're like the last cemetery, right, is what you're talking about. The last cemetery we went to, it was like 3 30, 4 in the morning, and we like hear a bunch of stuff, and like I had like I started feeling tight, and like my phone's at like 45%. Cause I remember I charged it in the car, I had my charger in the car, and I was going to record something like it's I see something. I go to record it, I pull my phone, my phone just dies, and it show it doesn't turn on. So like you know when you turn on your iPhone, it will show like the red bar and it'll like it'll say like it'll show like a charger and like it needs to be charged on the bottom. It didn't even show that, it was just pitch black, and I was trying to turn on my phone. You said you heard a girl's voice. I heard a girl's voice, and I was like, it's just we gotta go, we gotta go, we gotta go. And I'm freaking out. And then as soon as we left the cemetery, my phone showed up, it was dead, and it wouldn't turn on. That freaked me out completely. That was like the scariest experience I ever had in my life.

SPEAKER_06

So yeah, I So what are you what's something you wanna do tonight? Paranormal? Like, what is um like a technique that you wanna do at Simpson Hospital?

SPEAKER_04

There's a couple of the one I wanna mostly do is go under, I forgot what it's called. It's like you put the headphones on the blessing. The Essis method. Yeah. That's what I want to do the most, and I wanna like, as you guys are asking questions, I wanna give out the answers to see if it's actually like who's gonna be.

SPEAKER_06

So you wanna do that with the headphones and stuff? Okay.

SPEAKER_04

And I wanna like, like, I don't we're never gonna do that, but a Ouija board, we're never gonna do that there. And uh, I wanna really I've never seen like a REM pod or like cat balls or like a music box anything go off before. Like, I've had cat balls in my house and I just throw them and see if they go off, and they never do.

SPEAKER_06

Well, tonight's tonight.

SPEAKER_04

I'm so excited, and I can't wait to go. Are you a little nervous? Yeah, I'm a little nervous. I'm excited, like, I'm excited to come back and tell you guys what I experienced. That's like the one I'm most excited about. So we'll have to do a part two. We're gonna have to do a part two.

SPEAKER_06

And you wanna do it in the next few days after while it's still fresh.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's like like I don't even know what I want to like happen tonight. I want something crazy to happen.

SPEAKER_06

Oh god, writer.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, well, it probably will. Yeah, there's like a lot of stuff. It's got I can't believe that house is a hospital.

Stimson Hospital History And Setup

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, so it's a Victorian home. Um, for all of you that aren't in Michigan, it is like a mini mansion, and it was the first one of the first hospitals to it to allow men in the birthing part um when women were giving birth. I don't know if they could be in the room. I have to look that because I haven't been out here in like seven years. Or they were just allowed like inside like the you know, premises. I don't know. But um the doctor did die in the um elevator shaft. So we're gonna take you there.

SPEAKER_04

Is the elevator still there or no?

SPEAKER_06

Not the actual physical elevator, but the crash site is still there.

SPEAKER_04

Like where he crashed it?

SPEAKER_06

He came down, poof, died. So is it like it's crazy, like it's just like everything's like how it was when it happened. Yeah, I mean they of course they've done like probably a little bit of remodeling. Um, you have to like plumbing and stuff in order for people to rent it and be safe there. But a lot of the stuff, like the the building itself, the structure is original, the basement separate from the house, that's original.

SPEAKER_04

Hold on, so what do you mean it's separate from the house?

SPEAKER_06

Is it like it's outside in like the backyard, and you walk down. It's like it's like a tunnel, basically, kinda.

SPEAKER_07

Kind of it's like a like a bomb shelter.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my god, I'm so excited.

SPEAKER_07

And that's like where the morgue was too down there.

SPEAKER_04

It's gonna be a crazy experience. I can't wait.

SPEAKER_06

Nice. Alright, we'll be right back. We're taking a little break.

Consciousness And The Fermi Paradox

SPEAKER_06

Alright, and I want to talk about some spooky random facts. Why is consciousness a thing? We can measure brain activity, we can map neurons, but nobody can explain why electrical signals create an inner experience. Why does your brain not simply process information like a computer? Why is there a you, quote unquote you, experiencing being Melissa right now, or you being writer right now? This is called the hard problem of consciousness, and nobody has solved it. Do you get what that means? Like, why is there a you?

SPEAKER_07

Like, why are you writer? It's a conscious thing. Your brain, like, signals how your brain works.

SPEAKER_06

Right, but that's your consciousness. Like, why is why can your consciousness not be mapped out like a computer? Since we're all neurons and we're basically built like a computer, like a machine. Where is everybody? The universe contains billions of galaxies and likely trillions of planets. Statistically, intelligent life should be everywhere. Yet we have found nothing. No signals, no visitors, no confirmed civilizations. This is known as the Fermi Paradox. Either intelligent life is incredibly rare, civilizations destroy themselves, they're hiding, or we're missing something huge. But yet they want to tell us that there's other species that live among us, but yet they don't ever show the proof. That's what everybody's waiting for, the proof, like pictures, like real facts. But see, they always dance around it. Yeah, they don't want us to know the truth. Every time, like they say there's another species, and then like something crazy happens something crazy because it that's a distraction. Yeah, they want to distract you from the truth. Why does anything exist at all? Now this one melts my brain. Why is there a universe instead of absolutely nothing? Not empty space, not darkness, not a vacuum, nothing. Phys physics can describe how things behave once they exist, but nobody knows why existence itself exists. Makes you really think, huh? That's a brain twister. The fact that I'm sitting here reading this instead of being literally nothing anywhere may be the deepest mystery in reality. Scientists estimate that every atom in your body was forged inside dead stars. You are literally made of ancient stellar debris that somehow became conscious enough to stare at the moon and wonder where it came from. Mind blown, right? That's either science or the greatest ghost story ever told. So are we the ghost? Are we the ghosts of our past, of our future? Are we looking?

SPEAKER_07

Is this like a mirror image?

SPEAKER_04

What if like the people that are dead and we're the ghosts of them?

SPEAKER_06

That's another that's another theory going around the internet.

SPEAKER_00

What if we messed up the timelines by using social media? Because you gotta think, we were never meant to meet this many people and this rapidly. You gotta think, like, can't we be messing up the timelines by like a person in Alaska marrying a person in Africa or something like that? We shouldn't be able to see each other or talk to each other if we're so far apart. But what brings us together is like social media, which is really interesting. What if that's how we get like the whole like deja vu or what if that's how we get Mandela effects? Because we're just like going into other like I don't even want to say timelines, but like we're doing things that were never set to happen because social media has allowed us to like move to and fro and meet people to and fro and kind of mess up what was originally supposed to happen, you know? Like basically like messing up timelines because social media allows us to like meet a lot of different people. Like we're really not supposed to meet all these people. Like, what if we are not supposed to have all these different relationships? And like, think about it. Back in the gene, it was just like the people that you knew from your town or from maybe you moved away was the people that you would know the people at your job, people at your school, the people in your neighborhood, but that's it. People you meet at a grocery store, but nowadays you can meet people who are thousands and thousands and thousands of miles away and actually form relationships. Social media has created such an outlet, and I just almost wonder if social media has affected like timelines in a way.

SPEAKER_03

One of the most surprising things that I just discovered isn't another waterfall brewery, is it so far?

Social Media And Timeline Glitches

SPEAKER_03

They've got Saturday matter shows at 2 p.m. at 10th camp called Camp Abracon Abra, and volunteers who make the whole place feel alive with real wonders.

SPEAKER_06

Okay, so as for the first video, I do believe that we have messed up timelines. We're so futuristic beyond that maybe we're messing with our future and it's colliding with the past and the present, and now we're creating a whole new timeline. That's why we have Mandela effects. That's my take on it. Now, the second video of this magic museum that I have to go to, you'll if you want to go out there with me one day and Marshall, look up Marshall. I think it's an hour away. Marshall, Michigan. Um, Rai, did you know Houdini, right? The magician. You know Houdini died in Detroit, right? That's why I'm gonna be that song about him. Yeah, you do Houdini died in Detroit on a stunt. So I want to go check out this museum. You know, there's a lot of cool shit. Two-hour drive. Two-hour drive. Okay, we'll have to go there one day. Michigan is home of great lakes. We have natural Great Lakes, we have amazing parks, we have all this history. Motown, I mean, one of the best rappers in the world came out of Detroit, Eminem.

SPEAKER_04

Michael Jackson came from Detroit.

SPEAKER_06

Michael Jackson from Detroit. I mean, there is so much there's so much history in Michigan alone. And that's why all the the paranormal episodes on here, when I always say that water holds memory. I think that's why Michigan is one of the most haunted states around. You know that, right? Water holds memory. What's the haunted, like the most scariest state ever? The most scariest state? Yeah. Oh god. Um, well, there's New Orleans, there is um Salem. This was Michigan. I there's a lot of that I've I went to New Orleans, very haunted. Salem, very haunted with history. Michigan, very haunted. There's a lot of parts of Ohio very haunted. Um, there's parts of Indiana that are very haunted. There is like farmlands that are haunted. I mean, it goes on and on, right? Have you ever been to a place that just like wasn't haunted? Oh, yeah, absolutely. It so you could feel the energy, but it it was peaceful. It doesn't always mean that something bad is there. Hauntings don't always mean bad. But we're gonna move on with a few more videos.

Viral Horror News From Milwaukee

SPEAKER_05

A startling photo has been circulating and going viral on social media, appearing to show a man eating a rabbit while walking around a Milwaukee residential neighborhood. And TMC has now learned that city officials are looking into this matter. Just a warning: this photo is extremely graphic, so proceed with caution. This photo was posted in a local Facebook group and appears to show a man holding a half-like rabbit carpet to his mouth while standing walking around a neighborhood. According to the post, the incident occurred within the last several days and occurred on the city's eastern side. Obviously, the photos were like wildfire online, and so many people had so many questions, especially about if any health or wildlife regulations had been violated. Milwaukee police captain Robert Field tells TMZ and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has been notified as investigators work to try and verify the image.

SPEAKER_06

Alright, so let's hear the comments on this. Reptilian have arrived. So this woman says woman eating raw chicken, girl eating dead deer, man eating dead rabbit. I think these people aren't real humans at this point, and they're not hiding anymore. This person says they're soft launching zombies. Which is fucking terrifying. Um, another person says, What kind of drug is making people eat dead animals raw? Do you guys remember when people were on bath salts what was going on like 10 years ago? Yeah. So I don't know. I don't want to see it. How can you casually go walking? You're able to eat a dead animal. I don't know. I don't it mean could be drugs, could be who knows. This person says rabbit fever.

Soul Contracts And Old Souls

SPEAKER_01

Do you know about the seven agreements you made before you came in? Most spiritually awakening. People have never heard of this. Well, they know about agreements, but they don't know that there's this thing called a soul contract chart. My name's Amelia. I'm a level three soul contract practitioner, which means I read these charts, I create these charts, and they can point to the seven agreements you made before you came in. Let me tell you how those agreements show up. Two of them show up as karma, where you're learning how to be more conscious in this lifetime. Two of them are blessings or gifts that you give yourself so that you can move through life with a little bit of flow, and two areas are about what you're here to create. Your goals are really what drives you. And then the last area is your sole purpose, really what you're here to explore. And then the most asked questions I get from my clients is what is my life's purpose?

SPEAKER_02

That's right now of your purpose. The old souls are regarded as black ships of the family, specifically those families that do not believe in otherworldly abilities, in using your intuition, interacting with spirit, and old souls choose to report into these families in order to overcome the fear of being seen, in order to overcome torture, to be able to fully use and embody their intuition, so their abilities are spirit, abilities, so that then as they choose to overcome that challenge or be born into those aggressive family systems. Overcoming that challenge provides as a lesson for them to be sleeping on, to fully starting into their purpose, their power, what they're here to be doing, so that then they can overcome the blocks and limitations of this lifetime, that are likely from other lifetimes, and that then they can help assist other people who are doing the same thing or trying to climb these blocks of which ones, the fear of being seen, the fear of speaking out, the fear of being persecuted, for speaking something that other people deem as impossible. So if you have been the black people of the family, if you have felt like you are always isolated and alone, if you have been born into a family system where you have not been accepted for your intuitive abilities, for being sensitive, for being able to connect with something otherworldly, that is for a reason. You always choose your family.

Ryder’s Basement Entity Story

SPEAKER_06

So with Auntie Lissa being all into like the woo-woo stuff, paranormal, spiritual stuff, get a little closer. Let's see. What is your now be honest, be bra. Okay. What is your perception of me? Proof. Like what does that mean? Like what like how do you view me? Do you think it's like cool that I'm into that stuff? Do you think it's kind of fucking weird?

SPEAKER_04

I'm I mean, it's normal to me because I like I like look into stuff. Like, I think it's cool, like you going like around like the world and like going to experience like paranormal activity, and like you coming on your podcast and like explaining what you've seen. Cause like the most annoying thing about hearing people say like ghosts are not real. Okay I hate I hate that so much because like you've like you show me so much stuff that like I'm like know they're real. So you've had your own experiences with Papa. I've had my own experience, like I know ghosts are real.

SPEAKER_06

Like I can like feel like Well do you think Papa's a ghost or do you think he wouldn't be he's a spirit. You think he's a spirit? Yeah, you he's with you.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. He's not a ghost, he might be ghosts to other people.

SPEAKER_06

Now, do you want to tell him about your spooky experience in the basement?

SPEAKER_07

So talk into the mic, babe.

SPEAKER_04

I was in I was in my basement, and it was like 3 30, like 4 in the morning, and I was just like doom scrolling on TikTok, and like randomly, like I felt like I was like, I don't know how I explain it. Like I felt like I was real like my body was really tight, and I felt like I was like Is it claustrophobic or something like that? Claustrophobic, yeah. I felt like I was like in a little space, like in a coffin, and like randomly, uh my nose like just started bleeding, like it like so like when my nose usually bleeds, like I usually like sneeze and like a little bit comes down and it's like gushy, it's it's it's nasty, it's disgusting. But like usually like it does that, but my nose just it bleeds straight down, like oh way, all the way down like my stomach. And that never happened to me before. It was like clear, like blood, like has like different colors. It was just like red, just pure red, just like like it was kind of like water.

SPEAKER_07

Like did you feel scared in that moment?

SPEAKER_04

Oh terrified. It's water just like went straight. It's like water like just spilling out of cup. It was just blood. That was crazy.

SPEAKER_07

Did you feel like someone was standing over you?

SPEAKER_04

I feel like someone was like in the corner. It wasn't Papa. Uh no, no, no, it was not Papa for sure.

SPEAKER_07

Why do you think that that entity was there?

SPEAKER_04

What do you like? Why was I don't know, I have no clue. I didn't do like I was just like, like, it was like my usual night. I was up a little later than usual. I was just watching TikTok, and then like my nose, like I felt really crowded, and my nose randomly started bleeding, and I ran upstairs, and like I don't know if this thing's following me, but like when I was in my room one night, it was like two weeks ago, like I heard like a random like like three snacks on my window. And like, you know how I it's like used to be office, the huge window like that used to be Papa's room.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

In front of our house. I just heard three knocks, and I looked outside, no one's there. I go outside, I'm like, Mom, I'm like, mom, you had sex. She's like, what are you talking about? What are you talking about? She's like, you're crazy. I'm like, no, mom, check the ring. I heard three bangs in my window. Checks the ring, nothing. Nothing for the last three hours.

SPEAKER_07

So it's something dark?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I don't know, it just doesn't look like that.

SPEAKER_07

What'd you guys do to get up some dark stuff move in there?

SPEAKER_04

Huh, what?

SPEAKER_06

What did you do to make it come to you?

SPEAKER_04

I don't know.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, he was fucking around. You know, just to let you guys know, he is almost 16, so I it's cool because I can like cuss in front of him now. And he's kind of like these are like my little buddies, like him and Vinny, his brother's 18, and then Kaylee's 11, his sister. But the coolest thing about him, excuse me, being into this paranormal and like just wanting to go take trips is that I have a forever little best friend, right? Well, he's not little, he's over six foot, but well, he's six foot almost, right? I'm like six foot. Yeah. Well, so then you're definitely over six foot. Now I was giving Jack, our little baby, a bath, and Ryder was standing in the kitchen with me, and I told Ryder, I said, you know, it wasn't long ago that Auntie Alyssa was doing this to you, giving you a bath. And now he's literally the size of a whole giant. But I think it's cool that like if if Ryder is really into this and this is what he wants to do, I would love to experience these more trips with you, you know?

SPEAKER_04

I don't know if it's because the day were like, I think oh, I told you this. Remember the day when the Ouija board was out and Papa was over, and like when you were, I think you were on vacation, and like uh You took the Ouija board out. I took the Ouija board out, and I showed Papa, and I was asking Papa if he knew how to play, and then it just started moving by itself. You didn't tell me it started moving by itself. Yeah, I did. No, you didn't. Oh yeah, we had it, it was on the couch, and Papa, I was like, Papa, is this real? And he's like, I don't know. He's like, I don't know, and it's like, and then it just like it like just went like this. It was like, here's like the Ouija board thing, it just went like and then just stopped after that. When I looked and then Papa was like, it didn't move, and I was like, Yes, it did. It went like this.

Signs From Loved Ones And Crows

SPEAKER_06

When Papa was um in the hospital when he was getting ready to leave this earth, this, you know, state like this planet, wherever he's at, um, I whispered in his ear and I said, Dad, you know how to get a hold of me if you need to.

SPEAKER_07

And he went, huh.

SPEAKER_06

And then a week after, two weeks after he passed, um, Uncle Paul and I were out in the garage and my spare box was out there. You know the story. And I hadn't used my boom box in a while, and I put it on and I just let the um radio go on sweep, on sweep mode. Yeah. And uh about a minute, two minutes into it, it was Deb, Debbie, Deborah, and I'm like, Dad? Which obviously that's my not my mom's name, and my mom is also deceased, you guys know that from prior episodes. And Uncle Paul put his cigarette out real fast and he said, Fuck this, I'm out. And went into the house and slammed the door. So I came in and I was like, um, are you okay? And he's like, Yeah, and I'm like, Did it freak you out? He's like, Fuck yeah, it freaked me out. I think it that sounded just like your dad. I'm like, it I think it was my dad. And now, umcle Paul is definitely a believer, so I want to share this story. So this was in the beginning of the week. Uncle Paul and I are walking the baby when he gets home from work. Uncle Paul went and grabbed the dogs, and I walk the baby, so he meets up with us at the end of the street on the corner. I hear her calling, ca, ca, ka! And I look up and it's a big ass crow. And I'm like, whoa, dude, cool. Because this is the second experience I've had with a crow now. I don't think it's the same crow. I mean, I wouldn't be able to tell, but, anyways, um, so Uncle Paul's walking with me, and he says, I'm gonna go around the other way in the block. He goes, you know, let's go that way. I said, No, you go with the dogs. I'm gonna go back this way with Jack because I wanna talk to my crow. And Uncle Paul kind of laughed, you know, because he thinks I'm crazy, which I am crazy. Fun crazy though, right, right? Yeah. So this crow followed me and Jack halfway down the street back and forth, and Jack kept looking up, just smiling at it. And I'm like, what the hell? So I get Jack home and I'm sitting on the porch rocking him on the rocker, and the crow flies back. It never came right to our house. It was going up and down the street with us, but then it flew back over by our house, and then two other crows met up with it, and they flew in a V in front of the house and flew off, and they were all like, and I was like, Oh my god, I know that's a good sign, right? So Uncle Paul gets home. I say, Paul, I'm telling you right now, something good's gonna happen. I know it, it's not an omen. I know something good's happening, and he's like, I hope so. The next day, Uncle Paul got into his dream truck. Two days later, I got into my dream truck. And then listen to what Uncle Paul says. I wish I could have recorded it because I would put it on here and I know he would not be happy with me for doing that. But he literally used the words and said, I think all that stuff you did, and said, like the universe really is like coming together, and it happened with Jack too when you did your manifestation jar, like everything, the universe is is what did he say? The universe is really something special. And I'm like, Is that my husband talking like that? Uncle Paul used to be atheist. Usually not believing God, he didn't believe in anything until he really like started living with me, and like because we had an experience when grandma died, me and him together, actually two, and it tripped him out. And I said, So do you do you think it's coincidence or what? He goes, I don't know, I don't want to talk about it. But now, later in his like late 30s, he and I never wanted him to be a believer. I never said, Hey, you have to believe what I believe. Anything. I I will not do that to anybody. It's not what I do. That's not why I do what I do. But Uncle Paul now is like amazed. Like he will straight up tell me, like, I believe in this shit. Like, this is real. He has seen some of my evidence, he has listened to my audio, he has seen pictures, he has seen videos. He is a confirmed believer.

SPEAKER_04

Like, I can tell like when it's like a bad spirit. Can you like feel when it's a bad spirit and a like good spirit?

SPEAKER_06

Sometimes I don't excuse me. Um, I don't really mess with I don't think things are like demons, okay? I think that there are shitty souls here on earth walking, living, and I think sometimes they're a little shitty when they cross over to. Sometimes I think they're stuck, sometimes I think they're lost, sometimes I think they're confused. I think there's a lot of reasons why spirits can be shitheads. But I don't the demon word I don't love. Cause I I don't really that's a whole nother. But I think some that have turmoil, that are upset, that are angry, yes, you can feel that more. The the living can feel that more. Is there anything else you wanna add?

SPEAKER_04

Uh no, not not really. No.

Purpose Talk And Why The Podcast Exists

SPEAKER_06

No? What do you think your purpose in life is? My purpose? Yeah, right now when you're 16, almost. I don't know yet. You don't know yet? I don't know. You feel like you're gonna be somebody big? Yeah, I am. Yeah? You're gonna be famous?

SPEAKER_04

Probably.

SPEAKER_06

Am I gonna pass down this podcast to you? Yeah. Are you gonna take it on?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah? Are you gonna rename it?

SPEAKER_04

No.

SPEAKER_06

No? You could.

SPEAKER_04

Well, that's messed up.

SPEAKER_06

Or it could be like you could make it, you know, beyond insane or beyond strange with writer. Part two.

SPEAKER_04

Did you start hold on, how how'd you start the podcast? Who'd you start? Did you start it with someone or you started?

SPEAKER_06

Not not really. Like Carissa always wanted to like help me start it, you know, because she, you know, and she did. Like we we do a lot of episodes together, but I always wanted a podcast. It took me like three and a half years to build the confidence. And believe me, guys, like the way that I talk now and I just roll with shit, like I mess up and I keep going. Like that took years of confidence, and I think having a podcast gave me more confidence. And if I didn't have my husband, Paul, I always say thank God for him because he did set me up like for my birthday a few years ago. He set me up with all my podcasting equipment. He uncle Paul really did believe in me, and I didn't. And Uncle Paul was like, No, I think this is something that would be really good for you. And he's like my tech guy, he has always, you know, even there have been times when I'm like, oh, should I even do this anymore? And he's like, absolutely keep it forever. He's like, I don't care how many followers you have, how many people listen. What matters is that you enjoy doing it. He's like, you're passionate about it, it's therapeutic for you. And he's like, and honestly, it's it's an art, it's a bunch of archives for all the experiences you've had. You can go back on this forever and listen to it. You know, like when I'm dead and gone, like you'll still have all these files. Yeah, we'll still have everything. And then you can play back stuff and be like, wow, like you know, Auntie listen it, pick up on that because you your guys' technology will be way better then, you know, and you can teach Jack stuff, you know? It'll be your job to tell Jack about your crazy auntie and his crazy mama. Uh but um, yeah. I mean, I just so I always the Cypher's Hill song, Insane in the Brain, Insane in the Membrane. I love that song, it's like a 90s song. I think maybe early 2000s, I think late 90s. So I knew I wanted insane, I knew I wanted deranged, I knew I wanted strange, all this. I wanted it to not just be paranormal title, I wanted it to be like random altogether. I kept writing words down, kept trying to rhyme the words together, and finally I hit strange deranged beyond insane. And I was like, that's kind of a long name. But it's like unique, but it's unique, and it is this is the platform of this podcast. It's strange, it's fucking deranged, it's beyond insane. You know, and then I don't know, Ryder, if you've seen my new logo, but anyways, I'll show you that later.

Part Two Tease And How To Reach Us

SPEAKER_06

Alright, you guys, we have to get ready and pack all of our equipment. We gotta stop on the way, get batteries, we gotta figure out if we're gonna get lunch, if we're gonna get lunch delivered here, if we're gonna get it on the road. Uncle Paul texted and said that we should leave a little bit earlier. 75 is down to one lane.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_06

We're gonna leave at like three. Yeah. Alright, you guys, thank you for tuning in. And again, there will be plenty more episodes. There, there is gonna be a lot more content coming. Part two with Ryder, part two with Christina, aka Harry, um, all of our experiences, our evidence. We're gonna have to go through everything, and I always give you guys raw evidence before I go through it. I think that's fun. Uh, because you get to hear maybe some stuff you shouldn't hear. You hold on, you let them like listen to like stuff you like heard or seen. Yeah, I but before I edit, I give them raw footage. Oh, you do? And then I'll go back and I'll edit and I'll go through and be like, okay, I think I debunked this, or I can't explain what this noise or whatever was. But yeah, we will be back. You guys again if you want to email us. It's strange. I'm sorry, not strange, strange, beyond insane. It's the email of Strange Strange Beyond Insane, which is Ghost Sisters2124. Again, that is ghost sisters2124 at Gmail. I am on X, I'm on Facebook. If you look up TikTok, Strange Strange Beyond Insane, it will pop up. Um, if you look under your Google bar or whatever, Safari is at still the internet on Amazon. Safari Safari, Google, uh, what else? Anywhere you look for the name Strange Strange Beyond Insane, it will pop up. Um, it is a little more popular now, which is nice because it is being spread around. So at least my weirdos that I need in my in-betweens can find it and anywhere on Spotify, Pod Chaser, Apple, Amazon Music, um, iHeart, and the list goes on. But again, you guys, thank you for still listening. Thank you for supporting me. Sorry, I took a longer break this time, but it was much needed. I do want to enjoy the summer. We still do some spooky stuff during the summer, but we also have to be in the living moments, right? Can't just always talk about dead stuff. Yeah. Alright, right. You want to tell them you'll be back on?

SPEAKER_04

We'll be back for part two. Nice. Hell yeah, brother.
