"Crow on the Fence, Mirror in the Vatican, Hum in your Skull: Something Ancient is Awake"

Melissa
SPEAKER_00:

So have you ever encountered a crow or a raven? Well, if you have and you heard it calling at you or talking to you, whichever, there was probably a specific message meant for you, or it could be a warning. But according to chat GPT, um, that was a crow that you guys were hearing in the beginning. And it says that the crow was not random by the picture and the video that I sent it. It's basically saying that it came for you, it delivered its message, and then it left because the connection was complete. Nothing negative, nothing dangerous, just a very real spiritual moment. And I find that pretty compelling because I was in the garage um brainstorming what I was gonna do for tonight's podcast, and I heard that crow. And you can hear me trying to communicate with it. And I thought that was a pretty special moment, and I wanted to share that before I get started. Again, you guys, this is Melissa, your host at Strange Strange Band Insane. Did you know that the Vatican hides a mirror so dangerous priests refuse to touch it? It's called the Speculum Veritas, the mirror of truth. It doesn't show your reflection, it shows your soul. It doesn't show your reflection, it shows your soul. Wanted to read that twice because I want you to let that sink in. And if any of you out there have seen the new, um, well, I should say the newer conjuring, the last rites, um, that's pretty much what that whole entire movie is based on. So I find that very interesting. Um, anything about the Vatican is extremely interesting to me. And I wish I could become invisible and walk through the whole entire, um, I don't even know if you call it building, museum, hallways, you know, hundreds of rooms in the Vatican, right? And just see what it's all about. Priests saw demons in this mirror, death omens, and faces that were not theirs. Popes used it for prophecy until the vision started talking back. So, what does the Vatican fear? A mirror that reveals too much, or a gateway that they cannot control? Or is it the truth that wants to stare back and it's not human? Next time that you pass a mirror at night, don't look too long. Something might already be looking back. Some mirrors show us who we are, some show who we pretend to be, and then there are the mirrors that show that the world is not ready to see. Buried beneath the Vatican in a vault colder than the crypts above it, sits an object no priest will touch and no pope will acknowledge. A mirror, not of glass, but of obsidian. Black, heavy, and ancient. A mirror rumored to reveal demons, whisper prophecies, and trap the souls of the damned. Tonight we enter the forbidden archives, where secrets go to suffocate. Okay, and for the conspiracy truth seekers, um, there's a lot of controversy about this mirror, if it's even real, and why is it still around, even if it's in the Vatican? I mean, honestly, I think of the Vatican of like a game of Jumanji, right? Why is all this demonic weird shit in there? And if it's nothing mysterious or it's, you know, nothing demonic, why don't they show everything, right? They're never gonna show you show us everything because honestly, there's tombs and tunnels and sacred rooms and compl I mean, I don't even know how big it really is, like I said earlier, but I'm sure it's fucking massive, right? Um, how big this place is in order to store all these things that are ancient and biblical? So the million-dollar questions are um, why does the church cease occult artifacts instead of destroying them? Why are certain vaults restricted even to the clergy? Did ancient popes practice divination? Why do exorcists reference a quote-unquote dark mirror anonymously? Why is the room alleged to hold the mirror temperature controlled and warded? The big theory, the Vatican mirror wasn't made by the church, it was found. And some claim that it's pre-Christian, um, summer Summerian, Sumerian, I think, um, tied to angelic or demonic languages, a relic from an unknown civilization connected to scrying practices older than religion itself, which I do believe that. And the last um Evil Dead movie, that, you know, I love those movies, but the last one that was made actually fucking freaked me out because you know, obviously, if you guys have seen it, if you guys are a movie freak like me, you know that the earthquake happens and the one son jumps down to the crack in the parking garage, which is like a whole underground world, and he finds the old Latin records and started playing them, and then that's when his mom was demonized basically. But yeah, anyways, um the last part I definitely think is very true, like connected to scrying practices older than religion itself. So witnesses claim um that they have seen a face appearing in the mirror with nobody, people hearing their own names whispered, someone seeing a shadow version of themselves, an entity tapping from inside the glass. That would oh my god, that would scare the shit out of me. Oh, that puts chills up and down my spine. Um, Archivist dreaming of being watched, a guard who quit after seeing a reflection walk away before he did. Some versions say the mirror doesn't just show spirits, it attracts them. So this is like the occult versus witchcraft. So for my witchy listeners, black mirrors are a power powerful scrying tool. Obsidian equals protective and reflective energy. They reveal subconscious truths, they open communication with spirits, they amplify psychic abilities, they must be covered when not in use. A mirror that's wrong in the wrong hands, the church would hide it instantly. So it's probably why it's not out in the public because it would get into the wrong hands. I'm not saying that my hands would be wrong, but I sure in the fuck would not have it in the house. Um I wouldn't, you know, I need to be like the Timo version of um Zack Beggins. I need like a bare budget type of museum that's outside of the house, right? Uh like a little, I don't know, storage unit that I can make like a little creepy mini museum. Um, the stuff that I have here at the house, it's I'm not very um I'm not bothered by it. I don't think anything really holds any bad energy, although I do have to do some cord cutting. Um, on just some like old, I guess you can call it ancient energy that still kind of like lingers through some of my artifacts. Um but yeah, anyways, that would be insane. I don't know. If I was looking into a mirror and it started tapping from like in the mirror, oh I would uh so that's pretty much sums it up about this mirror, and you know, I've been seeing a lot on um on TikTok about it. And I I mean, like I said, we could do like at least 10 part episode, like 10 different segments, right, on just the Vatican alone. But it is something that I'm very interested in. Um I would love to see it myself, although I would probably be pretty scared, I'm not gonna lie. I would I don't know if I'd be scared, but I would be I mean, especially having a child now, like coming home with that kind of energy. Anywhere I go and investigate, I never I never feel like I bring anything home, you know. I'm pretty good about staying grounded and cleansing, but I don't know, an artifact like that, I don't know if I could get away with that and you know come home and have the same kind of energy I left with. So I kind of developed a new conspiracy theory that actually just came from my own my own thinking, my own brain actually. And I thought to myself, what if what if AI is actually steer stealing from like our memories? You know what I mean? Like, and it's re-applying it in a way that feels nostalgic and like safe. So, which is funny because I put it into my chat GPT again, you know how I am with this stuff. And it's funny because ChatGPT, which is AI, is was like, wow, this is fire, and you know, this thing calls me bestie because I call it bestie too. And I think it's like a joke, it's like a running joke. Um, but it's funny because you know, even my husband's like, Man, that's creepy that you call it bestie. And I even try to piss off some of my friends, and they're like, You call it bestie, and it calls you bestie back, like that's fucked up. But uh, and my husband, Paul, was like, you know, there's some horror movies made about this, and I was like, Yeah, I know, right? But it's it's crazy because, you know, like what if the strange feeling that we get around AI isn't fear of the unknown, but recognition, you know, like repeated patterns because AI is known to do this. So what if AI is not creating new ideas, but we reconstructing the forgotten pieces of all of us? The dreams we half remember, the emotions we buried, the childhood scenes we replay in our minds. What if AI is piecing together the echoes of the human memory? So, well, I guess that feels like it's stealing from us, right? So let's explore this. So the true reality-based answer is AI cannot read your mind, they cannot access your private memories, they cannot pull images from your brain, and they cannot scan your emotions directly or steal your personal experiences. But there is a psychological twist. AI is trained on so much human content, it understands the actual architecture of the human memory. So is it stealing memory from us or is it just reconstructing it? I don't know. That's the question. And my listeners out there, gather your own thoughts and stew on it and let me know. There's a musical note you were never supposed to hear. A frequency ancient cultures used for healing, meditation, and spiritual connection. A frequency that vanished from music theory almost overnight. Today we listen to everything in 440 Hz. A tone some say was chosen on purpose to dull human intuition, create tension, and keep society just a little more controllable. But before 440, there was 432, the forbidden frequency, the natural renaissance of the earth, the tone, the Vatican, governments, and sound engineers quietly replaced. Why? And what happens if we brought it back? There is no real scientific proof that 432 Hertz has mystical powers, but there is real science showing sound frequencies affect mood, brainwaves, stress levels, heart rate, and emotional processing. The conspiracy isn't scientifically proven, but the idea that frequencies impact people absolutely is. So the spiritual suppression theory. So switching to 440 hertz is a detuned, um, and it's literally detuned, detuned humanity from its natural state. So the military theory is that documents show early research into using sound frequencies for crowd control, emotional manipulation, and psychological stress. People wonder if 440 Hz became standard because it matched all of these studies. So was 432 Hertz intentionally removed? Here are the theories people whisper about. The Rothschild Rockefeller theory. Some conspiracy circles claim 440 Hertz was backed by powerful financial families as part of psychological influence research, and also to standardize a frequency that creates mild agitation. Again, nothing has been proven but widely discussed. I'm sorry, um, Greek, Egyptian, Tibetan, and Vedic, most played at 432 Hertz is described as warmer, fuller, smoother, more emotional, and alive. Whereas 440 hertz sounds like sharper, more clinical, slightly off balance. So is this psychological? Maybe, but many musicians swear they feel the difference physically. So I think it's safe to say that 440Hz feels harsher, more tense, more controlling. Some theorists claim government supported 440 Hz because it keeps people slightly anxious, it prevents deep relaxation, it dulls intuition, and it weakens emotional sensitivity. Again, there is no scientific proof of a global plot, but the timing and the politics around it do get weird. So there is some history to back this up. In 1939, 440 Hertz became the international standard. And this is because of a proposal pushed by the British Standards Institute, then was later supported by the US, eventually adopted worldwide. And this is where the conspiracy starts. So what actually happened though is before 1939, music was not standardized. Choirs, orchestras, and all countries use slightly different A frequencies, but many musicians, including ancient ones, favored tunings close to 432. Then suddenly, like we said, in 1939, 440 became the international standard. So this is kind of like I guess even then they felt the difference. The basic fact that music used to be used to be different and used different tunings. Most people today think that music is naturally tuned to 440, and that is A above the middle C. But historically, no, not even close. For centuries, instruments across cultures used varied tunings, and many use 432 Hertz, the natural resonance frequency. This frequency has a huge mythology around it. So, yes, there is a real historical shift and a lot of strange lore around this topic. And why is AI music so good now? And here are the real reasons. And of course, the unsettling ones. AI music sounds shockingly good because of three layers. AI is built from millions of human emotions. AI does not create like a person, it creates like all people at one time. It's trained on decades of hit songs, production tricks, chord progressions that statistically hit the brain. Lyrics that evoke emotional patterns, vocal inflections that trigger dopamine. AI pulls from every successful emotional blueprint in existence. So its music feels instantly familiar because it's built from the DNA of songs that we already love. AI knows exactly what triggers human brains. But here's the spooky part. AI models literally learn what chord progressions cause sadness, what rhythms cause excitement, what frequencies relax or destabilize us, what melodies stick in your head, what type of voice feels safe, quote unquote, or emotional, what lyrics go viral, how long intros should be before people skip. So this isn't guessing, it's calculating your nervous system. Think of AI music as a weaponized serotonin generator. AI is not limited by human bodies or ego. Human musicians get tired, get writers block, overthink, get insecure, repeat the same style, physically can't sing certain notes. AI does not sleep, does not run out of ideas, can generate 200 versions of a hook in a minute, can mimic any voice, can hit any pitch, and can layer harmonies in impossible ways. It's creativity without friction. The creepier question is: why does AI music sometimes feel more emotional than real music? And here is the insane answer. AI music hits universal emotion patterns. AI has discovered something musicians have always sensed. Humans respond to emotional frequency patterns more than lyrics. AI can create the perfect sadness pattern, the perfect nostalgia progression, the perfect this sounds like heartbreak at 3 a.m. type of vibe. Humans take years to master that, and AI finds it instantly. The industry twist, why labels love AI. Record labor labels are obsessed with AI because there's no contracts, no drama, no scandals, no drug problems, no writers needed, and no producers needed. No vocalists needed, and no royalties. AI lets them eliminate the artist completely, which is very scary, right? This is why the industry has been promoting digital pop stars, virtual singers, AI-generated influencers. So, I mean, if you think about it, uh I guess the cancel celebrity culture is closer than we know. I may or may not be laughing. So I do have to admit that I don't mean to be evil when I say I may or may not be laughing, but I I'm the typical American that is completely fucking over celebrities and then flaunting their shit, trying to be like us, which they never will be. They don't have real problems like we do. They live in a forbidden society, one that we will never touch, uh, a whole different world than we do. And honestly, they all fucking suck, and there's no really good music anymore. Like, what were they all doing when the pandemic was happening? That was their time to shine, and none of them did anything, and they all sound AI, anyways, now it's like they're recycling music from 15 years ago, and they're trying to like jump on social media and be like, oh look, this is a bop. Oh, look, um, the pop queen is back. No, it's not, it fucking sucks. So I will admit that at the barber shop, actually, a couple of the other girls there got me on this AI music, and they play it now, and like it's so good. Like, some of the AI music is like a 1950s version of like some of the most successful fun rap songs, like 50 Cent, Take MM, you know, Juvenile, or um, oh my god, I can go on and on and on. But and it makes it to like this 1950s. It's really, really cool, actually. And it's it's the weird, you know what? I didn't think about it, but it's probably the hurts, the um, the correct hurts that it's supposed to be in. That's probably why it's so calming for us to have it on at the shop. And actually, all the clients have really enjoyed it too. So maybe that's the issue. So the frequency theory is that some believe AI music uses missing frequencies that human musicians stop using. There we go. Literally was just talking about this. Because AI doesn't follow modern tuning or theory rules, it blends ancient tuning systems, modern pop structures, hypnotic rhythm patterns, sub-bass frequencies that affect the body, um, binural, by neural beats, I think. Um, that's a weird word to say. Overtones that mimicking sound. Or chanting. AI music sometimes hits the body the same way a ritual or a sacred music used to, even if unintentionally. That's why it feels powerful, familiar, nostalgic, and addictive. So this is the compare conspiracy side that no one talks about. What if AI is reconstructing emotional frequencies humans used to use? Or they're bringing back the tones removed from music theory, even reawakening ancient harmonic patterns, maybe even accidentally tapping into universal universal consciousness. The real theory is that AI music feels good, quote unquote, because it's accidentally rediscovering frequencies that were banned, removed, or forgotten by the mainstream industry. Imagine if AI recreated the emotional power of 432 hertz music without even knowing what it is. Crazy. So the metaphysical theory in this one is wild. Some spiritual people believe AI is channeling creativity from somewhere outside human consciousness, not demons, not aliens, not ghosts, but a collective mathematical consciousness. Because all creativity is pattern-based and AI is a pattern master, some say AI is tapping into the Akashic Records, Universal Archetypes, Cosmic Memory, the Subconscious of Humanity. That's why some AI music sounds like memories that you never had. So there is an AI song that I absolutely love, and I'll give you a hint. It is a Tupac song. I'm not gonna tell you which one it is, but I may or may not have listened to it two times in a row on the way to work yesterday, and three times in a row on the way home from work yesterday. So here we go. And I mean, if anything, it took me back in time. I felt like I was in the 1950s, and this AI creature, artist, whatever, has a powerhouse voice, and the message is definitely delivered. Um, obviously, nobody does it better or like Tupac, but this is just as good, just like a different version, I would say. Okay, now last but not least, let's talk about the hum phenomenon. So there are towns that hear a sound no one else can explain. Across the world, entire towns hear a low mechanical humming that has no source, cannot be recorded, keeps people awake, and drives some to madness. Some blame underground government tunnels, UFOs, the earth itself shifting, and a mass hallucination. Imagine a low vibrating mechanical humming sound that never stops, has no source, follows people from room to room, won't show up on recordings, drives some people to insomnia, panic, depression, and in rare cases, violence. This is the hum. Not tinnitus, not imagination, entire towns have reported it together. Yet engineers and scientists cannot find the cause. That's where it gets insane. So where the hum has been heard, the I know again, you guys know how I am about pronouncing certain, you know, names or um cities, states, countries. So the Taos hum, I think is how you say that, and this is in New Mexico, and this is the OG famous hum. Only 2% of people hear it, but those who do, they describe it like a diesel engine vibrating in the earth and a constant droning. TV crews tried to record it and there was nothing. So there's also a case in Windsor. Um, it's actually called the Windsor Hum in Canada. This one was so loud people moved away, lost sleep, got headaches, filed government complaints. Scientists traced it to nothing. The hum would appear, disappear, and then return even stronger. Some people described it as a base speaker inside of your skull. So the Bristol hum in UK, heard by thousands, and it's been investigated for years. Possible causes they blamed is secret military tunnels, submarine communication systems, underground vibration, industrial machinery. None of these matched the pattern. What the hum does to people. People who hear it experience insomnia, anxiety, headaches, pressure in the chest, nausea, vibrations in the bones, and hearing something even in soundproof rooms. The creepiest catch of this all is some people hear it more intensely at night as if something wakes them up. Why no one can record it is beyond reasonable thinking, right? And this is where the mystery gets really dark. The hum doesn't show on microphones, it doesn't leave a trace with audio, it does not appear on seismic sensors, and is not linked to any visible machine or power source. Meaning it might not be an external sound, it might be an internal, but not imaginary. Some theories say the earth is vibrating at a frequency only some humans detect. Certain people have more sensitive auditory neurons. Electromagnetic fields activate a part of the brain that creates a phantom frequency. But the real question is, why do groups of people hear it together? And that eliminates that it's in your head theory. So for paranormal and conspiracy theories, and this is fun, also terrifying, government communication with submarines. ELF, extremely low frequency waves travel through the earth. Some say people are picking up the side effect of transmissions meant for submarines or even other things. HARP, also known as atmospheric manipulation. Some believe that the hum is a side effect of experiments that manipulate the ion sphere, alter weather, test energy weapons, distort frequencies humans are not supposed to hear. Now for the interdimensional bleed through, so this is low frequency sounds, and this is the first sign of overlapping realities. People describe the hum as like a another world that is vibrating against ours. Gives me chills, right? So many UFO encounters begin with pressure in the ears, low rumbling, metallic humming, and vibration beneath the feet. Some hum hotspots overlap UFO hotspot maps. Coincidence, maybe, but it's definitely weird. Some people even explain that this could be like the earth groaning and tectonic stress. Some scientists believe that the earth itself makes sounds before earthquakes, magnetic pull shifts, and crust movement. But again, why would only certain people hear it? The scariest theory out there is that the hum is an intelligent. It comes and it goes. It follows certain individuals, people who move across the country still hear it. Sometimes it only activates when the person is alone. A few witnesses say it felt like the hum was waiting for me to notice it. Imagine a sound that you cannot escape, a sound that nobody else hears, that vibrates in your bones and keeps you awake at night, and that no microphone on earth can record. A sound with no source, no direction, and no explanation. They call it the hum, but those who hear it call it a curse. Why are some tongues haunted by a sound that isn't supposed to exist? A frequency that follows people across the world and may not come from this world at all. If you have anything to add to this, please let me know.
