Speaker 1:

Good evening everyone. It's your host, melissa at Strange, strange Beyond Insane. So to start this episode outright, let's just say a few wise words Don't fucking party with Diddy, don't go to any Diddy's parties. Don't party with him, don't do anything for him, because everybody in Hollywood is about to go down. So let's start off with the list that is allegedly. This is just like a few people that you guys know what's going on with Diddy about being prosecuted for. Let's see sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, obstruction of justice and other offenses. Obstruction of justice and other offenses. All right, so the list includes Beyonce, jay-z, drake, lebron James, Meek Mill, rick Ross, justin Bieber, usher, cuba Gooding Jr, russell Simmons. I know there's a lot more, but I'm not even going to get into that because we won't have time. So this video went viral and within minutes it got 13,000 comments and 12,000 likes. However, if it's authentic or not, no one has really confirmed it. All right, so trigger warning this article does contain references to sexual abuse. So the phrase freakoff party has been used quite a lot of times in the indictment against Combs that eventually led to his arrest by the federal agents. The indictment had further defined the freak-offs as gatherings where Diddy allegedly misused his power to lure victims into sex acts with male commercial sex workers. A drug dealer who once went to Diddy's former Hamptons mansion during a freak-off party, reportedly closed a cocaine deal and he said you would see two people you would not think would be hooking up Rappers. That was just what shocked me. So, male on male, female on female, all of it in between. Several celebrities had previously mentioned attending Diddy's parties. While there's no confirmation that any of this is authentic, again this is alleged. You know the list. Um, this has been going viral on social media. It goes without saying that over the years, many celebrities have mentioned attending his parties.

Speaker 1:

In 2016, usher had an interview scheduled on the howard stern show where he spoke about his experience of living with combs. Back in the 90s, usher had reportedly stayed with the music man for about a year and at that time, the singer, who was only 14 or 15 years old, later claimed that there were more. I'm sorry that there were no orgies happening at Combs residence. He, however, revealed that he had seen some wild things going on in that house. In the interview, usher said I got a chance to see some things. I went there to see the lifestyle and I saw it. I don't know if I could indulge and understand what I was even looking at. I had curiosity of my own, I just didn't understand it. It was pretty wild, it was crazy.

Speaker 1:

In an article published March 2024 by Rolling Stone, it was revealed that at one time, combs was working with several artists, but Usher was the only young one there, and authorities seized over a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant during raids on Diddy's home. Now I'm sure you guys have TikTok and you have seen that it was absolutely like, kind of like hilarious and also very disturbing to see that how much baby oil was inside of that bathroom. I mean, unless you're swimming in it to keep your skin soft, why would anyone need that much baby oil? So a list of names have become public. When Lil Rod filed a suit against Diddy earlier this year, the list included names of celebrities who were seemingly close to Diddy and were allegedly part of his inner circle. This included Cuba Gooding Jr, ashton Kutcher and Usher. Another well-known personality had meanwhile come out in support of Diddy, as reported by Vibe in May 2024. American entrepreneur and writer, russell Simmons, revealed that he felt sad for Combs' condition. He added, or supporting the tearing down of our brothers.

Speaker 1:

The allegations involving the mention of the freak-off parties even accuse Combs of physically abusing female victims there. His bail has been denied and, as for now, he's supposed to be in jail until the trial begins. Okay so, in the indictment, prosecutors allege that since 2008, combs has been part of a criminal organization that engaged or attempted in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, obstruction of justice and other offenses. Us Attorney Damian Williams of the Southern District of New York said during a news conference that there were multiple victims in this case, but he did not provide a specific number and he urged others to come forward to the authorities. Combs is accused of assaulting women on numerous occasions, starting in 2009 and continuing for years, according to the indictment. The indictment alleges that between at least 2008 and the present time, combs abused, threatened all of his victims to fulfill his sexual desires and to protect his reputation and conceal his conduct. To protect his reputation and conceal his conduct, williams told reporters Tuesday, as alleged in the indictment, to carry out this conduct. Sean Combs led and participated in racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity.

Speaker 1:

Cbs News legal, jessica Levinson, said Combs could face decades in prison if he's convicted on the charges. She also said there's possibility the case might not go to trial. Most cases do not go to trial. She said Most cases do result in a plea deal and we can expect that in the coming days and weeks and likely months in a plea deal. And we can expect that in the coming days and weeks and likely months, sean Combs' attorney and the federal prosecutors will potentially try to find some meeting of minds about a plea deal. But I think it's hard to escape the idea that the plea deal will have to include some prison time, also with a lot of other names too. That was working with him. With a lot of other names too. That was working with him. All right, so I want to move on to Cat Williams. So I've mentioned Cat Williams a couple episodes ago, but Cat Williams is still joking that Diddy will snitch on Associates with AI-generated New Jack City clip. So this is him talking about this and he's saying he thinks that a lot of people are going to go down for their crimes now that sean diddy combs is facing charges for sex trafficking and assault. The comedian hopped on instagram and reported an ai edited clip from the movie new jack city featuring diddy instead of wes Snipes, nino Brown, preparing to tell on everyone that he's in business with I'm sorry, I chuckled. Cat Williams is claiming on.

Speaker 1:

The latest happenings in Diddy's legal role comes a few months after he revealed I'm sorry that he turned down going to a party with the music legend. In a three-hour sit-down with Shannon Sharp for the Club Shay Shay podcast, kat opened up about the experience Just to protect my integrity and that virgin hole I was telling you about, right, because P Diddy be wanting to party, and you got to tell him no, I did, said Kat. See, I got the receipts for everything I'm telling you. That's why I can say them so freely, which is so funny because that went viral. You know, just tell Diddy no, you don't want to party. And it's kind of sad because it has turned into a joke. But I truly believe that all of Hollywood is going to go down.

Speaker 1:

P Diddy, puff Daddy, sean D Diddy Combs, whatever you want to call him. I've never liked the man, even when I was younger. I couldn't stand him. He had this godlike complex and I just never thought he was a true gangster and I didn't know why he was even in the rap game. I do not like his music, danity Kane, a band that he founded. He treated those girls like shit I mean, even on TV, reality TV, and I know like they they make it look even worse, but when they were showing this group forming and him helping them and help making this group, he was just such a piece of shit to all of them. Um, I just I never could stand the guy. But do I think that he's the number one behind all this? Absolutely not. And you know I've been listening to that song again Post Malone, hollywood's Bleeding, and that's all I can think about.

Speaker 1:

And there has been many, many, many predictions and even with the age of Aquarius and that you know we talked about that a couple episodes ago that all the truth is going to come to light and I think all these weirdos and sickos and pedophiles in Hollywood is going to be exposed, because it's just one fuck party, right. It's, you know, just sacrifices and rituals and selling souls, and I'm not even talking on like a supernatural level To me. When you sell your soul, you completely give up your rights, your identity, everything about you. A lot of them will cut their families off, cut anybody off that they love, all for fucking fame. And that's one thing that I always say. I came into this world with my soul and I am leaving with my soul. My body I don't care about. But you'd have to be pretty low and desperate to want to give up everything and go to these parties and believe me, there's way more parties than just you know ditties. You, I don't care what kind of money there was, you could not buy that. You could not buy my soul for me. So these people are obviously very weak minded. To me, this is all a big cult. I don't even call it Hollywood anymore. I love that term Holly weird and it's all Holly weirdos.

Speaker 1:

So I do believe the downfall of Hollywood that in our generation we get to see it, and I think you know COVID, like the time of COVID, really had a lot to do with this. I think it's been snowballing for a long time. So just a fun fact and this is from the people like, what people are asking on Google, I'm sorry? It says is Hollywood losing popularity? And the response is over the last 10 years, the number of theatrical movie tickets sold in the US has dropped by 38%, while the average ticket price has increased by 33% in the US has dropped by 38%, while the average ticket price has increased by 33%. Per the numbers. That means we are paying more for less wide-release studio product.

Speaker 1:

Okay so is Hollywood in trouble financially? Beyond the financial blows inflicted by the pandemic and the actors and writers' strikes, the vast Los Angeles-based entertainment industry known as Hollywood, aka Hollyweird, is facing far greater forces of economic disruption that have already struck the rest of the United States. Okay so, five big problems in Hollywood. New year, new headaches. Here are five burning questions facing Hollywood in 2024. All right, let's skip down. Okay so where are the blockbusters? People are asking If you own a movie theater, it's looking pretty scary out there. Covid's lingering impact, coupled with months of strikes, have disrupted the production schedule for major films, leaving studios without a compelling slate of blockbusters. Tiffany franchises like Batman and Avatar don't have sequels lined up for the next 12 months. High-profile titles like Captain America, brave New World and Mission Impossible 8 were postponed to 2025 as Hollywood's labor headaches intensified. A few sure things, such as Dune Part 2 and Deadpool 3, are slated in debut, but there are not enough big ticket projects to calm jittery cinema operators.

Speaker 1:

Will Disney get its groove back? So it says. Not so long ago, all was right in the Magic Kingdom. Marvel was the envy of the movie biz, star Wars had been rebooted and the theme parks lured families from around the world, and Disney Plus seemed like a potential netflix killer boy. How things have changed. Disney superhero films are bombing, a victim of a rapid expansion into streaming that led to glut of content and a lack of quality control. The studio keeps announcing that abandoning abandoning star wars and spinoffs and sequels. Price hikes at its parks have alienated consumers and Disney Plus has failed to convert its subscriber base into robust profits, while rumors are swirling that the company might sell ABC to generate some cash. Abc to generate some cash. All of this has left Disney stock languishing, setting the stage for a fresh proxy fight with activist investor Nelson Peltz.

Speaker 1:

So, number three what will happen to late night television? Okay, so the fate of the late night TV could hinge on the upcoming election cycle and whether talkers still have an impact on political discourse. The threat of the brutal presidential campaign, with the very bleak possibility of Donald Trump grabbing power, is something the hosts of most of these shows are dreading. I could see getting to a place where you still love doing the show, but the stuff you have to talk about is a lot harder to get through. Late night, host Seth Meyers told Variety last year. As for the day part itself, the question is how Comedy Central, the daily show, will fill the void left by Trevor Noah At CBS. Will audiences embrace an entirely different format in the late night, the late late show I'm sorry, the late late show slot, as Taylor Tomlinson takes over as host of panel comedy show after midnight? Whether late night shows continue after their current hosts leave is an ongoing debate. But first let's get through November. All right, number four Can the concert ticketing conundrum be solved?

Speaker 1:

During the week of December 4th, two bills were introduced in Congress to curb the excesses of the ticketing market, which has seen prices soar into five figures for concerts by Bruce Springsteen, beyonce and, of course, taylor Swift. The Senate's Fans First Act aims to address flaws in the current live event ticketing system by increasing transparency and holding bad actors who engage in a legal ticket sale practicing accountable, according to the announcement. That sounds well-intended, but can the concert ticketing conundrum ever be solved? Ticketmaster is a useful punching bag, but that's a solution when 25 million people are trying to buy 3 million tickets? Million people are trying to buy 3 million tickets, or when the hackers are scooping up tickets and flipping them for inflated prices, and that's a big issue that we see, just like my husband and I, when we go look for concert tickets. I know that's been a lot of issues. That's been the issues of people going to concerts. It's all the tacked on prices and what's the solution when people want to see a show so badly that they'll pay those prices. Will any of those problems be solved in 2024? Who knows? Okay, so number five. So, basically, who will be left standing? Knows? Okay, so number five. So basically, who will be left standing?

Speaker 1:

A raft of media and streamers may run into each other's arms by the as the operating terrain grows complex. In the past, paramount, global, comcast, warner Bros, discovery, disney and Fox were all powerful, the main providers of entertainment, information and sports. But streaming has appended all and Wall Street demands profit from broadband efforts while consumers turn away from linear operations, still driving millions in revenue. Paramount is clearly up for grabs, with the company engaging in talks with Warner Bros, discovery and Skydance, and Redbird Capital exploring their own deal for the House of Redstone. But sector watchers should also scrutinize streaming services. Stone, but sector watchers should also scrutinize streaming services. Disney is making moves to tie up with Hulu and Disney Plus and unveiled a content sharing pact with Netflix. Verizon has a new bundle that includes Max and Netflix. Surviving the fallout may require new alliances that once were believed to be impossible. That's another huge issue.

Speaker 1:

We still have cable and every year, paul and I talk about, just you know, giving up cable, doing the streaming service. By the time you get done with everything you want to stream and you're paying for your Wi-Fi, your cell phone bills and all your other fucking bills, you're going to be paying double what we would just pay for cable. So every couple of years, what we have to do is that we call a provider and we switch names. Like two years something will be in his name, then the next two years it will be in my name. I mean, it's just a constant battle and to battle for that and for you know, for me, like you know, we have Netflix, hulu, discovery Plus, and a lot of times I find myself scrolling through and not seeing anything to watch. You know or not being, I guess, enlightened with you know, we have all the, all this variety and there's just nothing on that I want to see.

Speaker 1:

So I definitely think we are at a um, very stagnant time and I think it we have been since the fucking pandemic, and I remember during the pandemic I was telling all my friends and telling my friends to tell their friends and all their people we're going to see Hollywood. You know, kaboom, like it's been happening, and I think it's fucking time that it does happen, because nobody should be idolizing these fucking people. You know, they want to get on TV, they want to go on social media and they want to act like they can basically relate to us. They cannot fucking relate to us. They can't even think about what we go through every day. Their bills are like, you know, pennies to us. You know everything's covered. They got all kinds of accounts, they got backup money, they got constant more than enough money than they could ever even use, and all of us are constantly scrambling groceries, gas insurance is going up, this is going up, that's going up, you know. That's why when you, you know, can take a small vacation, or even if you go away for four days, it's.

Speaker 1:

I think we've learned from the pandemic to um, live within our means and really live and not just survive, right. So I think we're like, I think the everyday people are going to be fine. Um, if anything, this has made us stronger. But the whole Hollywood thing and all the pedos and the weird shit that goes on, like I said before, like the rituals and weird shit that goes on, like I said before, like the rituals and, um, you know, like Sandra Bullock, um, she admitted on was it Oprah or Ellen I want to say it was Ellen that the um facial masks that they use they are from um. I mean, I hate to say it, but they are from um dead babies, right, that's gross. I know and I do believe, like with the abortions in Hollywood, why they happen and I do think they do a lot of weird things with kids. But the number one thing that I want to talk about here is that there's a documentary that came out, quiet on Set, which I will not still watch because I do not want to ruin my childhood.

Speaker 1:

It's hard not being an adult in this fucked up world. I know Demi Lovato just premiered hers I think it's called Child Star or something which she's always trying to copy everybody else. But my number one thing about all these people bitching that are adults now like almost my age. Like how hard they had it as a kid. You know we had it fucking hard too. We were fucking working too Like. I got my first job when I was like 13. I was working at my aunt you know, cousin, but I called her, she was more like an aunt. When I was younger, whatever ran a grocery store. I started bagging. We all still had to work, like we were at fucking 13 years old, 14 years old, working. We had the same amount of drugs around us, the same amount of peer pressure we had the all this shit happened to us too.

Speaker 1:

Okay, it's, it's called growing pains. The only fucking differences is that our parents weren't so sick in the head and so money hungry that they didn't agree to be like oh yeah, go go ahead, go away to Hollywood. Like what do you think is going to happen to your kid at 14 years old out in Hollywood, out in LA? Do you think good things are going to happen? Of course there's predators around. So where were all the? Where were all the fucking parents, just like Usher? Usher in that article said that he was living. He was living with P Diddy when he was 14, 15. And P Diddy was a grown ass man, like I don't care if that man came to Usher's parents' house, talked to his mama, was like, oh hey, I'm going to be, you know, usher's mentor and I'm going to take care of him and get him into the industry. You would have to be fucking naive as a mother to think that, like, oh yeah, this, this grown ass man is going to take care of my little boy or you know any of these younger girls. That's why all Hollywood's fucked up.

Speaker 1:

It's been a repetitive cycle over and over and over through the years. And now that the technology is so good and people are talking and people aren't scared to come forward anymore which I mean, if I was in the game, to be honest, I'd be I'd be kind of scared to come forward, right, um, because usually they end up, you know, unalive. But like, people are coming forward, people are talking about it. People are getting a little more goalie about, um, you know, admitting theive, but like people are coming forward, people are talking about it. People are getting a little more gully about you know, admitting the things that go on, and all these fucking people are going to go down so technically, like we're not going to have any celebrities, and I think that's good. I don't think there should fucking be celebrities anymore. I truly don't.

Speaker 1:

The smaller, like the smaller bands, like the more hungry bands, or, um, independent artists you know that you see, on social media they're, they're amazing, like it doesn't really seem like they give a fuck about money. They're just really like they're out there every month doing something different. They're on the grind, um, they're throwing concerts. It's a rough, rough life, but you got to give them credit for trying, and they all seem super happy and excited to be on the road. And all these, all these other ones that have all this power and yet are not even relevant anymore, they're the ones that are getting in all the trouble, you know. So, um, I again Hollywood's bleeding for sure, and this Usher thing and P Diddy thing and, um, justin Bieber is. You know, I've always said that someone did something to Justin Bieber. I mean, you can tell like the guy has had a lot of issues.

Speaker 1:

But I'm actually very dedicated to seeing how this unfolds. And is this going to be like where all these lists, these alleged lists, come out that everybody that was involved with Diddy, whether they went to the parties or they, did something bad. Let's just say at the parties, is something going to actually happen or is this just all going to disappear in thin air, like you know what I mean. So I think everyone's like really excited to see the change and I hope it does bring change and I hope it does bring justice to Hollywood, whatever's left of it after all this goes on. But yeah. So I'm sure, like you know, like me, you guys are all waiting for it to unfold and we'll just have to revisit this and make another episode. But thank you guys for listening. Tune in, we'll be talking soon.
